Who Am I ?

Nadège Perrin

I am your thinking partner

For many years, I worked in communication, events and marketing. Fast-paced environments built on relationships, presence and performance. In those roles, I learned to listen between the lines, understand quickly, and adapt without losing direction.

But for years, I was also moving forward without always listening to myself. Becoming a mother, living as an expatriate, and facing important personal and professional decisions brought moments of quiet questioning, restrained impulses, and decisive turning points.

During those moments, I often wished I had someone I could speak to freely, without fear of judgment. Someone who could help me put words to what I was experiencing, sort through my thoughts, find solid ground again, and reconnect with what truly mattered. It was this need — for a reliable and deeply human space for reflection — that inspired me to support others in the same way.

I have been training and practicing coaching since 2018, and I am certified by the Co-Active Training Institute (CPCC), with accreditation through the International Coaching Federation (PCC track). Today I have completed more than 300 hours of one-to-one coaching. Ethics are at the heart of my work. Confidentiality, respect for the coaching framework and integrity guide every session. I practice coaching as a late calling — but one that I fully embrace. My role is to create a space where you can speak honestly, explore what truly matters, and remain fully yourself. What guides me is simple: helping you bring clarity to your thoughts, articulate what truly matters to you, and make decisions that reflect who you really are.

I support you in clarifying your priorities, making thoughtful decisions and moving forward in a direction that feels meaningful and aligned. My coaching offers a supportive, non-judgmental space where clarity can emerge. I coach in French and English, in Dubai or remotely. What I offer is not a method. It is a conversation and a partnership.

A coaching approach shaped by experiences that may resonate with yours

The impact of my coaching is deeply influenced by the path I have walked myself. Both my professional and personal experiences allow me today to truly connect with the situations and questions that bring you to coaching.

Having held positions of responsibility in demanding environments, having been a stay-at-home mother, an expatriate, and a stepmother in a blended family, and having navigated unexpected health challenges, I have experienced firsthand what it means to adapt, face uncertainty, make aligned choices — and sometimes accept, or let go.

These experiences have taught me that every transition can become either a moment of growth or a period of confusion, depending on how we approach it. When we face these moments alone, doubt, mental fatigue and indecision often take over. We go in circles. We hesitate. We question which direction to take.

This is precisely when coaching can make a meaningful difference. Coaching offers you a dedicated space to step back, structure your thinking, move from confusion to clarity, and transform life transitions into opportunities for growth. The coaching I offer is not simply a space for reflection. It is a structured process designed to help you turn questions into decisions — and decisions into action — within just a few sessions.

My approach — The four pillars of my practice

What I bring to my coaching is rooted in four key dimensions of my journey and personal commitment.
These four pillars support my practice. They reflect who I am, what I believe in, and what I bring to the people I coach.

Pillar #1

My coaching training

The foundation of my work rests on 200 hours of formal training with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and more than 300 hours of one-to-one coaching sessions.

Beyond this, I have spent countless hours reading, attending masterclasses, listening to podcasts, and connecting with fellow coaches.

Personal development and coaching have fascinated me for many years. Since beginning my training in 2018, I remain deeply inspired by the momentum coaching can create in my clients’ lives.

The Co-Active coaching approach, which is collaborative by nature, allows clients to reconnect with their natural resourcefulness and become the true drivers of the change they wish to see in their lives.

That is the true impact of coaching.

Pillar #2

My corporate experience

Before becoming a coach, I worked for more than 20 years in communication and event leadership roles, both in small organisations and large international companies such as Saint-Gobain, Daikin, Rémy Cointreau, Allibert and Kohler.

I navigated several industries — including industrial manufacturing, luxury goods and business services — and in every environment I observed the same truth:

Human beings play a decisive role in success or failure.

Every organisation is ultimately a sum of individuals. For an organisation to function well, each person must feel that they are in the right place.

This is why today I often support individuals within organisations when they wish to restore balance, regain clarity, or redefine their role and direction.

Pillar #3

My role as a mother

As the mother of three boys close in age, I supported their physical, emotional and intellectual development while creating a safe and stimulating environment for them to grow.

This experience allowed me to observe and understand the essential ingredients of a balanced life:

  • physical activity
  • good sleep
  • healthy nutrition
  • emotional awareness
  • clear goals

Does that sound familiar?

When we try to restore balance in our own lives, returning to these fundamentals can be surprisingly powerful.

Motherhood also helped me develop essential interpersonal and leadership skills such as building trust, motivating others and supporting personal growth.

I strongly believe that working on the foundations of a balanced and resilient life allows people to overcome challenges and build sustainable success.

Pillar #4

My personal development

Personal development and coaching are deeply connected. They reinforce one another and support individual growth.

There is no meaningful coaching without personal development, and no coach can be effective without continuously working on themselves.

For my part, this inner work began more than fifty years ago, and I consciously took full responsibility for it about ten years ago.

I practice metacognition, emotional awareness and the ability to let go.

I try to move through the different stages of life with awareness. I meditate occasionally, and I take care of my physical and mental health in the hope that neither will ever become a burden to those around me.

Because a coach must first take care of themselves before supporting others.

My three core values

la confiance

Trust

Trust creates the strong foundation needed to move forward together.
Through open, honest and non-judgmental communication, trust naturally develops. It allows meaningful change to emerge by encouraging honest expression, thoughtful risk-taking, and the freedom to speak openly.

authenticite

Authenticity

Through transparent conversations and the courage to be vulnerable, authenticity creates a safe space where clients feel free to express their doubts and challenges without fear of judgment.
In this space, their true strengths and unique perspective can fully emerge.

positivité

Positivity

Captured in this guiding principle: “Take things seriously, but never take yourself too seriously.”
Positivity helps maintain a supportive and uplifting mindset, even when facing difficult moments or important challenges.

Why co-active coaching?

The Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) is a global reference in the field of professional coaching. A pioneer in coaching for more than 25 years, it is today the largest and oldest in-person coach training organisation in the world.

With more than 150,000 coaches trained worldwide, CTI is built on a methodology accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), ensuring one of the highest standards of certification in the profession.

Its immersive and experiential approach goes far beyond theory. It prepares coaches who are able to facilitate deep and lasting transformation, clearly distinguishing this training from many other coaching schools.

“Coaching only works if you are willing to face what you have been avoiding.”

My commitment to social responsibility | CRS policy

Becoming a shareholder in Team for the Planet may seem like a drop in the ocean compared to the scale of the environmental challenges we face. Yet, in my own way, I wanted to support this non-profit organisation whose passionate and ambitious teams are working tirelessly to develop solutions to fight climate change.

logo Women's Impact Alliance

In 2024, I joined the community of the Women’s Impact Alliance, an international organisation founded in 2014 to accelerate the impact of women leaders driving social and environmental change. As a volunteer coach, I contribute to supporting the next generation of women leaders.

In 2020, I joined the Speed Coaching Monday initiative, which offered participants free speed coaching (or laser coaching) sessions. I co-hosted online sessions for one year. This volunteer initiative allowed me to put my coaching skills at the service of people who needed support the most, at a time when they needed it the most — during the Covid period.
